The Society Welcomes President, Scientific Program
The scientific committee will shape the agenda for the 20th International Leksell Gamma Knife Society Meeting.
We are pleased to announce Veronica Chiang has graciously accepted the role of Scientific President for the Leksell Gamma Knife® Society Meeting set to take place in the city of Stockholm from 19-21 October 2025.
Doctor Chiang is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the Yale University School of Medicine. She is the Director of the renowned Yale New Haven Hospital Gamma Knife Center and serves as the Chief of the Radiosurgery Fellowship program.
Veronica has a long and extensive neurosurgical practice including patients with brain metastases and management of complications following radiosurgery. She will bring a wealth of expertise to the Scientific Committee.
Through Veronica's leadership, the Scientific Committee will further communicate their vision for the program, inviting us all to collaborate in making the restart of the Leksell Gamma Knife Society meetings a huge success.
